Solana Beach houses are always in high demand. This North County Coastal area encompasses 1.7 miles of beach front bordered on the north by Cardiff State Beach, and on the south by the City of Del Mar. The beach front is divided into four main Beach Parks: 1) Fletcher Cove is a small, sandy beach set within a secluded cove. The beach is a popular spot for swimming, surfing and kayaking. 2) Tide Beach Park is a secluded stretch of sandy beach at the north end of Solana Beach. The beach is hidden by steep bluffs and accessible by staircase. It has a large reef called Table Tops which offers good surfing, snorkeling, surf-fishing, and swimming. 3) Seascape Surf is a wide sandy beach. You can swim, surf, kayak and do water and other beach related activities. 4) Del Mar Shores is a great sandy beach up against the bluffs.
This great beach city packs quite a punch. Residents can shop at the boardwalk, Cedros Design District, Lomas Santa Fe plaza, Solana Beach Plaza and Solana Beach Towne Centre. You can dine day and night at the numerous great restaurants, go to the Famous Belly Up Tavern, golf at the LSF Country Club or go to the local Farmers Market. And don't forget about The Del Mar Racetrack located right around the corner.
