San Diego South County
San Diego South County Houses (South Bay) consists of a number of communities that are ideal neighborhoods to call home. All the South Bay homes are located 20 minutes or less from downtown and Mission Valley. Eastlake is a master-planned community that started in 1986 and is located in the eastern portion of Chula Vista. It has rapidly grown over the years and has become one of the most popular communities in all of Chula Vista and San Diego County due to its family-friendly master planned environment. The Eastlake neighborhoods include Eastlake, Eastlake Greens, Eastlake Hills, Eastlake Shores, Eastlake Trails, Eastlake Vistas and Eastlake Woods.
Imperial Beach is a residential beach city in the South Bay. It’s only 14 miles south of La Mesa and Mission Hills. Imperial Beach is very popular among real estate investors and buyers alike. Paradise Hills is located between Lemon Grove and National City. This residential community is an ideal suburban neighborhood that is somewhat spread out over hills and canyons, offering spectacular views of the bay, Coronado, and the Pacific Ocean. Homes are mostly for single families in quiet family neighborhoods. It’s also abundant in military housing, which gives the area a diverse population.
Rolling Hills Ranch is an upscale master planned community located in the eastern portion of Chula Vista just north of Eastlake. Rolling Hills Ranch offers ranch style single family homes with incredible scenic views on large view lots. This neighborhood is a mere 15 minute drive to Point Loma, Gaslamp District and Balboa Park.
Rancho Del Rey is another quiet community of Chula Vista. This great subdivision boasts quite neighborhoods with custom homes on huge lots. Many of he homes offer beautiful views due to the rolling hills. The community of Rancho Del Rey has 114 acres of parks and playgrounds.
San Miguel Ranch is located in the eastern portion of Chula Vista, just north of Eastlake and Rolling Hills Ranch. Whether you’re looking for a single-family home or condo, San Miguel Ranch has what you need. This community offers several different neighborhoods to choose from. It’s a pedestrian-friendly community where residents feel comfortable riding their bikes, horseback riding and hiking on the numerous trails.
